Yasemin Musellim was born in Balıkesir, Turkey and is working as an English teacher. She got her bachelor's degree at Istanbul University in English Language and Literature. She wrote her graduation thesis on "The Position of Woman in the Man Dominated World". She also took part in the project of Istanbul Provincial Directorate for National Education and Beyoglu Municipality Youth Center, Turkey - "European Values at School" - Jean Monnet - Lifelong Learning Programme. Currently she is studying International Relations at the Faculty of Economics, Anadolu University. Moreover, her biggest dream is to bring peace to the world. Therefore, she is primarily interested in writing calligraphy because she believes in the power of art and music in order to unite humanity and overcome racial, religious, linguistic and national divides. Her other interests include travelling and taking photos. Now she lives in the cultural capital of Turkey, Istanbul.
